[問題] 運動前吃飯效果會差嗎??消失
我晚餐大概7:30開始
工作一天回家真會餓
而且聽說太晚吃飯對身體不好
所以都先吃飯
然後過一小時後健身
但好像健身的人都是結束才大量補充動物蛋白質
我這樣吃是不是修復效果會比較差?
