[閒聊] 訓練三個月的問題
各位版友好
小弟新手減脂增肌已經三個月
體態體重都有顯著的變化
附上訓練前後的 inbody

自認都有減到脂肪(體脂肪降10%)
肌肉量也有維持住
但是左右手阻抗差距卻是更加擴大
教練也說我有高低肩的問題
一施力左肩就會不自覺明顯聳肩
每次重訓都要特別分心壓住肩膀
請問各位該怎麼調整?
