[問題] 家中簡單腹部運動
想在家裡伏地挺身之類的動作
腹部就是做卷腹或抬大腿
但不知道為什麼
卷腹或抬大腿我脖子都會出力
然後很痠痛....
有沒有其他動作不會有這個問題?
