昨晚跟朋友(女性)聚餐,其中有一位正在減重,她是採取運動+飲食控制,當下就有另
一位朋友提出她的觀念,她說:要減重,就必需先把肉變軟(不要重訓),這樣一來比較
容易減重,等達到目標後,再加入重訓,好像她說的也有道理,我無法辯駁,把這問題提
出來,想請教各位大大,有何見解?她的觀念對嗎?
