不好意思問這問題,我平常是在慢跑/重訓
最近聽到外丹功這東西,我好奇大家對這東西的看法如何
ps: 雖然各位可能跟我一樣,沒有完全了解這活動在做什麼
這問題在本板可能不是非常恰當? 但可能沒有更適合的板 & 問這邊的人可能比較能
得到比較有參考價值的答案,感謝~
ps: 坦白說,我覺得這"運動"做爽的心態比較多,根本稱不上運動,更別提對身體有什麼
