[心得] 吃Protein Bar來控制飲食
不知道Protein Bar在台灣火不火
在美國的話大街小巷都買的到
我自從有一天吃了一條之後,發覺很容易產生飽足感
而且是那種大條的,一條30公克的那種,熱量約350~400大卡吧
吃完都不想吃飯了,因為感覺很飽
我現在都早上一條小條的,中午一條大條的
然後晚餐才正常吃
後來又發現火雞肉熱量低也很容易飽
晚餐都是火雞肉拌沙拉吃,美國有賣那種切片火雞肉,十幾種口味可以選
這樣子吃法真的很容易瘦
雖然這樣子吃上幾個月瘦得很快
但是也不知道對身體好不好,不過沒啥不良感覺就是了
不知道有沒有人主要吃Protein Bar減肥的
