這兩天改善了飲食,早餐兩個肉包,中午一顆蘋果,下午控肉飯一碗
兩天前體重84.2,體脂率25.7,肌肉率33.3
兩天後的今天再次量,體重82.7,體脂率26.8,肌肉率32.8
會今天跑去量是覺得褲子有比較不緊了,一量才發現肌肉掉很多
想請問一般中午在外用餐有什麼補充蛋白質的好選擇嗎?
方便取的為主,原本想說茶葉蛋,可是好像吃多會隨尿排出
