[閒聊] 開始懷念以前的外食生活....
好不容易減回正常的身形,但感覺生活越來越邊緣,星期六.日爸媽通常都會找我吃飯也得婉拒,平常也跟老婆吃的不一樣,自己煮又不好吃。
很懷念外食開心吃的日子,但現在體脂還在24,想減到看的到腹肌,如果一週去健身房重訓至少4次,不喝飲料,不吃宵夜,這樣還有機會可以看到腹肌嗎? 不然至少可以維持身材嗎?
