[閒聊] 上班族晨跑啟動!
首次開跑,請大家多多指教!
小妹是26歲上班族,幾乎沒有固定運動習慣,
但會練瑜珈和拉筋(不過也是一招半解的)
由於最近身體忽然變虛弱,轉戰中醫後判定是辦公室病!
(冷氣吹太多、體寒虛弱)回歸根本問題就是動太少。
於是決定從上周末開始練跑,但因為每天上班車途遙遠,
一回到家就非常累(只想躺著),索性想嘗試晨間練跑!
想問大家晨間練跑怎麼訓練意志力?
目前大概以十一點睡、六點起床,
大約會跑30-40分鐘(包含暖身收操10分)
起床不餓所以只慢喝溫水,回來之後才吃早餐。
不過今天就發生了跑不太起來的問題,會大概跑800公尺左右開始累。
就變成走走停停,是不是頻度太高?還是要一周練三四次就好?
因為想讓身體練強身一點,所以目前暫定是每天練跑。
希望大家給予小妹一點建議~

感謝大家熱情回覆,總結是 出門贏一半->快走再慢跑
可以每天都到操場報到,再以每週三次練跑為主,其他天則以快走讓身體先習慣。
暖身跟收操都很重要,時間上會再拉長!
設定目標也很重要,雖然我現在先以先跑再說的心態(整個忽然)
但短期目標為:以週為單位循序漸進增加圈數為主~
悄悄的秋冬來襲,要戰勝被窩(熱情燃燒)

早上晨跑最好應該是有一點太陽和涼風,所以跑起來容易覺得"世界多麼清新",
但的確會比較難開,今天將暖身拉長+快走,身體就蠻進入狀況的!
回U尼庫大,本人上班路途大約一小半,九點半上班,
所以平均每天都會抓在七點起床,那現在就是提早一小時,還算容易接受~

最近確實太陽公公六點就出來狂妄了,不過還好稍微曬一點太陽蠻舒服的!
推一下S大,小妹毅力蠻容易動搖,快點推一下持之以恆的秘訣~
N大的套餐完全是我以前的最愛,不過我前一年就開始改吃地瓜粥+清炒時蔬,
蠻推薦的,第一容易飽、第二長期食用身體負擔比較輕,一剛開始很排斥,
後來漸漸變成喜歡吃完後的舒服感。
