[閒聊] Bodycombat 65拳擊有氧第65套
最近健身房開始上這套新的拳擊有氧,
心肺在第二首歌就會飆到90% Max HR
後面有一首歌深蹲跳
連續伏地挺身(我習慣直膝做)
比起來幾乎是以前我自己練Insanity 的Max系列,一群人做非常的爽
不過我有點挫折,都沒辦法順利完全做完
有些歌曲,例如第二首歌左右跳踢各三分鐘,中間都要歇息個幾拍
以前對自己體能都還算有信心,但上這套感覺有到HIIT的強度
不知大家上課的心得怎樣?
