[心得] 運動三個月的心得

這是我運動三個月的成果
能有這麼好的成果其實要感謝教練專業的指導,這三個月我主要是上重訓課程,
一對一THUMP Boxing體適能拳擊課程,以及做瑜珈讓身體夠柔軟,
THUMP Boxing增進我的心肺適能、爆發力、協調性等,並且在重量訓練配合
物理治療師的協助下,改善我圓肩及骨盆前傾的困擾。
不過我覺得運動空間要離家近才有比較大的動力,像我選擇的運動空間就在
我家(崑山高中)附近,從一開始沒有運動習慣,現在一天不運動就覺得身體
不太對勁,因為運動不僅可以讓我保持身體健康也能給我愉快的心情,把錢
花在名牌上,不如把錢投資在運動上~
當然我的飲食也有做改變,開始減肥後,我盡量自己煮,少油少鹽、多吃青菜、
幾乎不吃油炸類的食物,有喝飲料的話也是無糖或半糖,最重要的是要多水,
喝水可以幫助身體代謝!像我接近耳順之年的年紀都可以減肥成功,我相信你/妳
一定也可以的!!!
