[討論] 年過50的媽媽該做什麼運動

小弟我的媽,今年50了,一年前因為職業傷害頸椎長骨刺,開完刀後也停止了工作,現在跟
爸爸在市場做生意,40多歲媽的身材大概是163/60那邊,但近幾年越來越胖,已經71了,媽體
型是腳很纖細,跟年輕女孩一樣,但上半部很腫
生活作息:23點上床。3點起床前往市場工作到1點午睡休息,18點起床。
算日夜顛倒。 請問我媽該做些什運動,還有飲食吃比較好(午晚餐都自己煮)
