[問題] 我該怎麼拉長我的慢跑時間

小弟身高175
半年前體重100KG
因為有慢跑的習慣 現在小降到85KG了
現在我都是跑國小200m的跑道最外圍16~20圈
時間差不多25~30分鐘
我想要拉長時間和距離(每次想跑多一點腹部會疼痛)
請問依我的體重我應該要把時間和距離拉長到多少比較好
如果用跑的撐不下去我可以用走的代替嗎?
