[閒聊] 荒廢一個月居然沒胖
前陣子對慢跑產生倦怠感,想說乾脆休息一陣子好了,
沒想到一休就是一個月期間完全沒做任何有氧甚至阻力訓練也沒繼續練。
而且這一個月飲食也大解放,三餐的量比以往多很多餅乾零食也沒少。
這幾天開始恢復運動想說當作第二階段減肥的開始,於是就去量體重結果完全沒變胖,體
脂肪也跟之前差不多
目前體重69左右,從98公斤減下來的
現在目標就是65公斤 體脂肪降到15%
