[討論] 能有漂亮站姿、走姿的運動?
大家好,飛輪騎三個月之後,瘦了五公斤,發現走路比較不歪、高跟鞋也比較穩了。
可能是肌肉練出來的影響?
想請較大家,如果要自然的站姿挺立,該怎麼練呢?
1、如何發現自己的站姿、走姿姿勢是不正確的?
2、能有漂亮姿勢的肌肉群是哪些?
3、如何鍛鍊呢?
還有,上臂很鬆,要練什麼呢?
