[問題]捲腹和棒式問題
最近小弟開始練習核心肌群
但是在做捲腹這個動作時
都覺得是後腰(下背)的肌肉在出力
做沒幾下後腰就很痠痛
反而是腹部出力沒那麼明顯
再做棒式(Plank)時,也是覺得大腿跟後腰再出力
腹部反而還好
是我的姿勢哪邊有問題嗎??
請各位幫小弟解答一下
