[問題] 手肘發炎還能做核心嘛
第一次po..請見諒
小妹我 今天早上發現手肘發炎
目前呈現手完全一伸直就痛到蹲下來的情況
好, 其實那不是重點, 重點是
小妹平常都是靠做mountain climber , plank , 側plank
還有類似reverse table(大法師)版的back plank來練核心.
雖然還沒看醫生, 但是想也知道醫生一定會說....少用那隻發炎的手...
但是你知道要是休息幾天就很容易無限懶下去阿阿!
想問一下做plank對手肘的負擔..是受傷的人負荷的起的嘛
如果不做plank的話有其他不用到手肘力量的核心肌群訓練的嘛?
