體脂肪重降的比體重多,這是長肌肉嗎?
目前認真減肥三十天,但從二月就開始上重訓課,雖然飲食很不節制,但也有小進步。
(我終於能抓住單槓不掉下來)
從三十天前開始紀錄飲食和控制,今天計算發現:
體重77>>75.8
體脂肪率35.5%>>33%
體脂肪重27.335>>25.014
體重少了1.2
但算體脂肪卻少了2.3
請問這樣是我有長肌肉的意思嘛?
