如題~多年前是吃止痛藥都沒用,後來慢慢調到可以不吃止痛藥硬撐。
持續運動(打球)很多年了,上個月才開始每天花20分鐘做簡單的核心,
結果這次竟然完全不會痛!!沒有縮在位置上也沒有龜步走路,
對痛了好幾年的人來說超不真實的呀>_<
不過量(明顯變少)和來的狀況都和過去差別很大,這部分我有點擔心…
想知道有沒有女孩有類似的經驗?
如果是核心的幫助一定每天認真做!(之前會偷懶XD)
