今天練自體深蹲時才作約10下時左膝劇痛,無法繼續做下去...
前幾天練時左膝也有這個狀況,但只有膝蓋彎下→上來那時左膝會痛
停練深蹲後同疼痛也會立即停止,後來我還去慢跑了8K也沒事
平常走動跑步游泳、按壓膝蓋等也都不會痛
我練腿的份量沒有很大,自體深蹲30下一組 一天4組,練一休一左右
這樣是受傷嗎?作其他會用到腿的訓練都不會怎樣耶...
