想問關於膝蓋附近長得很醜的肉的問題,先附圖:

我是女生,從國中就開始騎腳踏車上學,
高中除了騎腳踏車上學之外,還開始練劍道..練到大學變成校隊繼續操,
(註:這是個需要穿上七公斤護具跳個不停而且手拿劍一直揮劈的運動)
除此之外都沒做什麼其他的運動,也沒有拉筋之類的,
但腳就是變成這樣了...
畢業後劍道的練習強度遠不如從前(從一週三次慢慢減少到一週一次,時間也縮短了),
本來以為這些糾結的肉會隨著我的偷懶而消失,
不過八年過去了...它們還在 Orz
試過練瑜伽大概半年(自己看書練)不過都沒改變、
平常也會在家做點簡單的運動(4分鐘的瘦肚子HIIT之類的),
想請問這肉還有救嗎?我能做什麼來讓它不要這麼糾結嗎 +_+?
