問題 推胸拉背 抓不到感覺
身高180公分,體重67.5公斤
進健身房前有稍微駝背,一個禮拜後
就改善了
正題:上了六堂教練課,上課也抓不到感覺,都是前臂酸到炸,教練說我才剛來一個月,所以慢慢調整
問題:是因為之前駝背的問題,還是真的沒那麼快抓到感覺?
