[討論] 胖子新手想問減肥的問題
小弟我目前170cm/75kg(放假回台灣的時候1個月胖了3KG...)
想問問現在這個體重跑步OK嗎?
另外就是我跑步的時候常常跑個5~10分鐘小腿就開始痠痛到跑不下去
所以是不是該放慢速度一下?
還是要先做其他有氧運動減到特定的體重在來跑比較好?
如果要做其他有氧運動大概要減到幾公斤再來跑比較好
