[問題] 熱量消耗順序
之前看見一篇類似問題的發文
但沒得到解答
爬文也沒有答案
因此想再問一次
以生物學角度來說
熱量消耗順序是醣類-脂肪-蛋白質
但為什麼當節食未達基代時
身體會先消耗肌肉而非脂肪?
