[閒聊] 雞胸肉能放多久呢?
因為買回來放冰箱太久怕不新鮮
也懶得一直烹飪的話
直接把全部(1、2天份)一起水煮
然後調味(芥末胡椒鹽+義大利香料)
然後放冰箱想吃再蒸熱一下
請問版上資深的大大知道能大約放多久呢?
還有營養價值會流失嗎?
