[閒聊] 若是光靠走路及飲食控制的效果
最近都會戴上計步器走路
每天的目標是一萬步 若無達到也會在跑步機上走滿
而飲食的部分 都有吃到需求量
進食的速度也是以前的兩倍
目前要改善的就是外食吃餐廳仍會有都花了錢怎麼能只吃到八分飽 好浪費啊的觀念
因為不想給自己太大的壓力
所以想以上述的方式減肥
再說之前在版上看到日本很少胖子的原因也是因為上下學上下班都有步行或是自行車
不知道我這樣做效果好不好
有版友要分享一下意見嗎?
