[討論]慢跑綁腿 10磅 五公斤 是有氧 還是 重訓?
如題(推文會補照片)
因為小弟有重訓跟慢跑
慢跑為了求時間以及強度(效率)
所以就負重跑步,中正紀念堂跑四十分鐘、負重10PB(約五公斤)、距離約6K多
想請教綁腿跑這樣算重訓嗎?還是一樣是有氧運動?
跑完明顯大腿後內側肌肉會比較酸(沒有綁不會)
再請教有氧運動玩喝高蛋白乳清(套低指高鈣牛奶、麥片)
這樣有意義嗎?小弟知道有氧是瘦全身(包含脂肪、肌肉)
為了不想肌肉流失太多所以補充高蛋白。這樣邏輯對嗎?

PS:小弟高蛋白沖泡方式_三匙麥片+兩匙低脂高鈣+三匙乳清
+250cc冷水沖泡<<<都是淺湯匙份量 這樣會弄太多嗎?<<<擔心高蛋白太多傷腎
