[心得] 運動減脂有效又健康!
我是30歲的輕熟女
155cm 48kg
高中時53KG~曾靠節食瘦到40KG過
但溜溜球效應真的很可怕
只要一正常飲食~胖得超快
當邁入30歲的時候~才發現自己又復胖到53KG
最可怕的是~體脂高達35%(醫生還叮嚀我要小心糖尿病= =)
這2個月來~第一次靠著運動、還有PTT來減肥
(每天上體適能板吸收新知、鼓勵自己~才不會孤單~)
晚餐也以清淡為主~乾炒或涼扮
終於體脂降回2開頭~
我發現運動減下來~跟節食真的不一樣~
身體結實多了~心情也好很多
雖然離我的體重、體脂目標還有一段距離
但我會和板友們一起繼續努力的.....運動果然是王道
