[閒聊] 駝背不可以做肩膀的重量訓練嗎?
今天在重訓的時候教練又冒出來了,說駝背不要再訓練肩膀,會越來越嚴重...?
我是所有器材都有做,每個做3~5組,不是特別練上半身。Google一下背部的訓練對改善駝背很有效,但沒提到其他的~
