雖然我不太知道她是誰...
但她的腹肌整個就也太好看了!!!
完全是我想要的樣子...
慢跑跑了9個月左右...體重體脂都沒變(自首:因為我飲食完全沒節制)
最近則開始改變基本的從不吃炸的跟甜的開始...
運動:慢跑一週3-4次...每次3-5公里..
然後上週想要加入重訓...所以買了啞鈴(1支2kg.一組2支)跟健腹輪...
主要想練腹部跟屁股.大腿跟蝴蝶袖的肌肉...
想請問...我該如何利用現有的道具做腹肌的訓練呢??
因為覺得健腹輪...不知道是我使用方式不對還怎樣...用起來沒什麼感覺..
仰臥起坐也有在做...目前大概是一天約100下左右(分次)...
請版友建議練成川字肌的動作怎麼做??一組幾下??一天幾組??
