[討論] 泳池中的運動
大家好,
小弟我本身是個胖子,可是我很愛跑步,我可以大操場的最外圈十圈在25~30
分鐘內跑完。
我現在想開始持續運動,盯住我的BMI和腰圍值,可是之前跑操場時,因為身體重,
所以有傷害到膝蓋,跑步會痛,後來和骨科有改善,但醫生不建議我從事跑步的運動。
我想詢問的是:
如果我是在泳池中跑,會不會身體的負擔比較小,比較不會受傷,還是說我想太多,根本
是無用的,有沒有科學家+醫生有實驗過的例子,請問大家一下~~~
