[問題] 一個禮拜只有六日能健身
如題 想順道問一下 有在血尿科技業上班的鄉民怎樣提升肌肉密度呢
平常在血尿公司上班 禮拜1~5會抽個一天跑40分鐘操場 約6km
平常血尿下班完能找時間跑步 已經很努力了
六日也會跑操場6km 體重一直無法往下掉
目前我168/65/14%體脂
有點想利用六日在去健身房加個重量訓練
可是只練六日有用嗎~一直跑步沒辦法增加肌肉密度
住的地方太偏僻了 離健身房約40分鐘機車距離
肚子一坨肉看了有點礙眼
飲食方面8月底開始上班 也沒時間照自己的菜單走 公司餐廳有啥就吃啥(超油膩的)
給個建議吧 我從3月開始~8月 不專業種訓+有氧 瘦了10kg 當時還是學生
9月~現在 只能靠慢跑讓體重不要往上跑 肌肉密度當然掉了 傷腦筋
