[問題] 這樣的運動強度可以減脂嗎?
我是BMI不高的泡芙人(159/47)
最困擾的是體力很差Orz當初瘦下來就是壓力太大吃不下東西爆瘦10kg
因為還要唸書,不敢把自己跑得太累
昨天試了先慢跑兩圈再來一圈快走一圈慢跑
總共十圈,結束後體力覺得還OK
我慢跑兩圈800M是五分鐘
不知道一週大概3~4天這樣跑,運動強度夠不夠減脂?
