[減肥] 跳鄭多燕後的酸痛
已經肥到受不了,
開始發奮養成運動習慣,
跳了兩天鄭多燕小紅帽版,
但是腳的酸痛讓我很困擾,
酸痛聚焦在屁股、大腿後方及膝蓋處。
今天想繼續跳,也想多做熱身及拉筋,
但是酸痛到彎不下腰,
請問我該休息泡澡還是繼續努力呢?
