[問題] 請問跳POPPOIN的話,肌肉會變多變大嗎?
如題,我是女生,學過POPPOIN也學過一點Girl hip hop及Jazz
最近運動只從Girl hip hop開始跳,而poppin的話一直有疑問
也有疑慮,據說poppin, 是一種控制肌肉瞬間收縮的舞,跳過
這舞都知道,跳這個肌肉很酸痛的,肌肉瞬間收縮及放是一直
的反覆的在每一拍子,我喜歡跳這個舞,但是可能會長肌肉,
所以都盡量少去跳這個舞,畢竟也是一種肌肉的訓練,在想是
否只是我的誤會,那是很好的一門舞,每天都在想這個問題,
而一直跳著別的舞風,努力的減肥中,希望有專業的鄉民解開
我一直以來的疑問!?

影片嚇到我了!! 我有找過影片過,但不確定影片中的人一直都有練在每一天,還是只
練一小段時間就身材那樣,就像rex的影片我不確定是健美先生突然想學舞才這樣,還是
後期才練,我想我想知道的是,每天練的影響大不大,或者那是好的?畢竟長肌肉基代會

據說常有韓團吃高蛋白瘦身及加強運動,以少女時代的舞風與運動量,絕對是好的~
或許我把這門舞特別區分很奇怪,至少目前比較沒有韓團整支舞都popoin的~

看新聞有寫到韓團食譜有共同點,大多是高蛋白低卡食物餐,因為這蛋白
質食物可以長時間給人飽足感,但其實是不好的瘦身方式~
我沒有用這種方法減肥~只是剛好寫到這個話題~
首先感謝大家的回覆,看來答案是不會,我的疑慮解開了,看來可以重
新再練poppin了~
