[討論] 請問慢跑完如何收操
我過去運動都只是快走
最近這三個月來開始有慢跑習慣
而且也都是差不多跑個兩到四公里
每次在操場運動時看到女生小腿肌很粗壯就很害怕會變成那樣
前兩天在電視上看到運動完尤其需要做收操
小腿肌就不會變壯
可是收操到底要怎麼作?
我都是按按摩跟抬腳而已
所以想請問收操動作是甚麼 謝謝
