[討論] 產後的運動
想跟大家請益一下
因為之前安胎躺了兩個月,回家後走三層樓梯就鐵腿
現在產後第22天,為了之後帶小孩更有體力及減重
在網路上看到很多人推薦鄭多燕的CD,
不知道什麼時候才可以跟著跳來增強體力及減重?!甘溫~~
