[閒聊] X Bike VS 慢跑 的減重效果
各位版友好:
前陣子一直很熱衷騎X Bike(跟自己以往完全不運動來比)
至少一週都會騎5次,每次大概都在40分鐘左右。但體重還是沒
什麼變化,我知道要減肥不要減重,但是看到體重一直沒降,還
是覺得很挫折。
跟一些有在運動的同事聊天時,他們都說慢跑比腳踏車的減
肥效果明顯很多。由於我減肥效果不明顯,所以聽到他們這麼說
之後有點動搖,就想要開始跑步。
但我的疑問是,有氧運動就是每次30分鐘,心跳數>130下。
這樣說了慢跑跟騎X Bike如果都有達到上述目的的話,不是效果
都會是一樣的嗎?還是版友給予賜教,謝謝。
