剛才聽廣播說到有外國研究請大學生做實驗...
請他們連續喝一個月的含糖飲料...
一個月後...結果身體代謝方式明顯有改變...
身體一般會用脂肪來代謝,但喝了一個月含糖飲料後
身體改用糖來代謝而不是脂肪...
於是脂肪就不斷的累積累積....
以上~這種說法是對的嗎????
因為我本身3個月前都是"每日"(無論春夏秋冬)一杯"冰的"手搖飲料(半糖)...
熱的時候...有時甚至來個2-3杯.....
聽到這個說法,忽然明白了為什麼減的好辛苦,效果卻不明顯!!
原來都是在還以前的造的業障~!!...出來混的,總要還(攤手~)
