板上一堆短期減肥菜單(在我認定3月以內都算)...
一堆人減肥才1~2月就希望有明顯效果,真是緣木求魚
要健康減肥一定要搭配運動習慣...
而一個習慣要養成至少要3個月以上....
所以如果有持續3個月以上,再來請教版友比較實際...
如果不想靠運動減肥,哪你根本走錯版了...
減肥要持續一定要有運動,運動習慣不養成....
再好的減肥菜單都是廢話....枉費版娘熱心分析菜單....
