[閒聊] 慢跑體力還可以 可是腿開始痠
漸漸可以把每天跑的距離拉長到6KM
可是每次跑到3KM
呼吸我調整好
我認為還可以繼續跑下去
(因為以前跑不下去的原因都是大概氣喘吁吁
現在掌握呼吸技巧比較不會像以前那樣)
可是腳開始痠軟
部位的話
大概是腳踝上去一個拳頭那邊最痠
請問這是哪邊肌力不足?
該如何訓練呢?
實在很想每天在體力允許範圍 把跑距離拉長

我體重目前是69.5kg
鞋子穿nike lunarglide我覺得吸震方面還OK
跑姿我就不知道了
跑前伸展都會做 大概10分鐘
