[閒聊] 上胸沒肉,重訓會有改善嗎?

但因為上胸沒肉...所以很想讓上胸有肉點
知道重訓跟舉啞鈴?
是大家比較推薦的,那我想請問一下
真的會讓上胸變比較滿嗎?
因為都看到大家推薦
但好像沒有有效果po心得的版友> <
如果沒時間去健身房
在家舉啞鈴就可以了嗎?(就是可以練到上胸有肉)
有辜狗到幾個可舉啞鈴鍊上胸的方法..
所以想說在家試試看:)
還是大家有其他推薦的方法...
