[討論] 請問早晚分別運動vs晚上集中運動效果
午休有1.5hr 所以之前中午會跳45分鐘的比利Taebo
然後晚餐前會再去運動 搭配飲食控制下 2個月減了5kg的肥油
不過最近開始利用午休時間去學車 所以改成晚餐前和晚餐1.5hr後運動
但是最近體重開始有一點停滯期了 4月到現在只有降下0.5kg
還都是4月第1周掉的 也就是最近半個多月都沒動靜
(也可能是最近常下雨比較沒慢跑 都在家跳比利或踏步機)
想請問一天分開兩次運動的效果 是不是比集中晚上運動好呢?
如果是的話 我考慮上班前早起一個小時運動 謝謝解答~

目標是希望可以到25%以內 達成後再定下個目標
這兩個多月來 體重從62.3 -> 56.8 體脂35%->28.7%
我想是不是因為改變運動時間才會有停滯
分開是不是可以提昇一天的代謝呢

我之前有po過菜單 還是跟之前吃的差不多
早餐:烤地瓜200g或原味貝果.無糖豆漿400ml
午餐:蒸馬鈴薯400g.白煮蛋.燙青菜.杏鮑菇
晚餐:1.冬粉1把.豬里肌片80g.青菜.嫩豆腐半盒
2.五榖飯1碗200g.魚肉120g或牛里肌60g.燙青菜
其他:蜂蜜(20g)水600ml.B群1顆
有時午.晚餐會換成subway堡+油.醋和豆漿
還是我需要做什麼調整呢 謝謝

一方面也是晚餐後要又要運動又要搶洗澡(住雅房)
實在是有點小壓力 記得版娘有說不可以讓減肥成為壓力不然會爆炸(砰)
