小弟是男的
目前177 69~71kg 體脂大概16~17 基代1600大卡
每天大概吃1800~2000大卡
想減到65以下
現在每天游1000公尺速度大概是0.55m/s連續游花了30分鐘-0-
是用自由式游
跟板上很多高手3600m相差很多>_<
想減到很瘦那種 這樣運動有機會嗎?
還是說要加長距離 還是要加快速度?
雖然目前這樣的運動量有點累了>0<
吃的方面要減少嗎??
