[問題] 小腿套
開始跑步大概兩個月
從一開始只能氣喘吁吁的勉強跑一公里到現在可以一次跑完6公里(40~45min)
我覺得有進步還蠻愉快的,所以幾乎天天去跑
但是自從媽媽知道我開始跑步之後就跑去買了“綁腿”給我
就是那種只綁住小腿,綁很緊的彈性布料
叫我去跑步一定要記得用
但是我覺得有用沒用都沒差啊......
請問各位大人,跑步的時候用這種綁腿和不用真的會有差異嗎?
順帶一提,我媽也有在跑步,但是她比我威
每天30分鐘可以跑到5公里多快6公里,而且持續很久了
所以他雖然體重比我重但是腰(25腰)和大腿都比我細 QWQ...
