[問題] 關於澱粉的攝取量 ..
我很喜歡吃蔬菜水果類
自從要減肥後,飯的量很少
晚餐大概一鐵湯匙(吃飯的)就沒了
剩下碗都裝其他類,肉除了魚肉其他只用一點點
午餐飯差不多1/3 ~ 1/2 碗
肉和菜會平均,早餐的澱粉大概是饅頭/白吐司/燒餅皮類的
這樣子澱粉會攝取不足嗎?
因為覺得自己好像真的有沒到基代之類的現象@@
但熱量都大概有算好..
