[問題] 如果臀中肌常常會抽筋,該怎麼改善?
小弟每次坐著將右腳抬起時(也就是抬腳穿襪子的姿勢),
右邊的臀中肌(骨盆後面那塊肌肉)很容易抽筋,
幾乎是每次都會抽筋,還包括騎飛輪或者某些腿部訓練的動作也很容易抽筋,
不知道是甚麼原因?還有該如何改善呢?
