[閒聊] 鄭多燕DVD 強度適合男生嗎??
這是一個蠢問題
鄭多燕DVD 對於男生(20~30年齡層) 以有氧及雕塑體態 而言強度會不會較低??
目前 慢跑、健身腳踏車為主 看版上那麼多人推鄭多燕 也想增加其他類型運動

前天跳第一片
前段幾乎是非常緩和的暖身及伸展 說真的有好幾個動作 心理層面跨不過去
內心OS:啃!我一個大男生做這種動作
於是跳到中段 這邊開始 上肢 與核心 下肢 的運動量增加 很妙的是 覺的部位很酸快受
不了時 也剛好是暫時緩和(扭八字)
當時作「側腰上拉」「側腰下轉」才意識到這些平常還滿少用到的部位
以及蹲下延伸動作 這兩項非常的「有效果」看影片左邊的肌肉男就知道了
第一次跳不知死活 休息一下晚上接著肢體碰撞滿激烈的籃球 隔天…累翻了
側腰真的有操到 = =
話說鄭多燕跳到後面 旁邊肌肉男都快爆了 她還是眉頭皺也不皺一下 真利害
