[討論] 慢跑應該追求圈數還是速度?
暑假養成了慢跑的習慣(因為想減肥XDD)
一直以來有個很大的問題
我平均大概只能跑 8圈 17分鐘 然後就很累 再慢慢用走的走個三圈 就回家
大約整趟下來接近半小時
這樣運動量夠嗎@@?
今天我嘗試把步調放慢
整整跑了13圈 花了半小時
但是幾乎不會覺得累 呼吸只有一點小急促
就減肥來說 要用哪一種模式比較好呢@@?
