才做一個月...基本上增加的肌肉量不可能會多
更何況還是伏地挺身
我想你會瘦肯定不是因為伏地挺身
可能你有做其他的運動
如果做個25下就增加這麼多肌肉
又可以減少這麼多脂肪
那我做40下6組的怎麼都沒有感覺...
劉香慈喔...他的姿勢真的很不標準
應該說最近的特戰英雄裡面的女生姿勢都沒有很標準吧
做就是了 不要想這麼多嚕
除非你真的是萬中無一的練功奇才
